Why did you want to be in the One Act Competition Class? Is it what you thought it would
be? How many times have you taken One Act?
Because I did it last year and it was so fun! YES! Stressful, chaotic but also like a tight-knit community of all of the best people in theater.
What do you do in the One Act class?
Costumes, which is something I never thought I would do and at first it was fun then it was literal hell but I’m learning to love it again and it’s now truly one of my most favorites things I’ve ever done.
What is the play about? How have you helped create it?
Everyman! It’s about reflecting on your wrongs to find your good. I have helped design and
make costumes
Do you have any stories from class that you wish to share? What’s different this year about the One Act class?
Last year we had a show in like 2 weeks and we rehearsed the same thing over and over and over. Only changing one or two things. This year we started from scratch and only had a week of full rehearsals till out first competition which was so stressful but also fun. Tell us a random fact about yourself. I don’t know how to use a sewing machine but I have handsewn a whole teddy bear.
