Meet the Artist: Eleonora Sullivan

Who are you?  What year are you?  What are your interests?

Hi! My name is Eleonora and I am a senior. I love Irish Dance, art, music, and (of course) theater! I play the violin and sing in choir at Homestead.

I’m so glad you decided to tell people about yourself and the current Homestead production.  What exactly do you do for Disney’s Frozen?

For Frozen I am an ensemble member and Bulda’s understudy. I sing, dance, help with some scene changes and step in wherever I can help.

What brought you to join the cast, pit, crew for Frozen?

I was so excited when I heard we were doing Frozen! I have been in Homestead’s productions since freshman year, and am so excited to be part of such an esteemed production my senior year.

What is one story you can tell from rehearsals, pit practices, or crew sessions?

One story from rehearsals is when Addison’s quick change in For the First Time in Forever didn’t work and she was stuck singing without a dress on.

If you know the show, what’s your favorite part?  A scene, a song, anything.  Why is it your favorite?

I LOVE Fixer Upper! It’s my favorite song because Figg finally let me Irish Dance on stage! Watch me do a birdie during the dance break!

What do you hope the audience will be thinking about in the car as they drive home after this show?
After the show I hope that people will drive home with a sense of wonder. Frozen is such a magical production, I want people to be thinking about “how did they do that??
