Not only
does dance continue through the evening into the night
every night
a practice only improved
by practice
it once was present in the day
a short class, fourth hour
but it was just long enough
to dance
to write
to point out mistakes
to correct them
to make a ballet barre
to share
to perform
to learn from a great teacher
to bond through a passion
to reflect
in the mirror
and
discover what great dancers
we have become.
